The morning table
Breakfast is laid out on one long table in the old bakery room: pastry from across the street, yoghurt, honey from the hills, fruit from the market and bread still warm enough to melt the butter.
Eggs are cooked to order, any way you ask. Coffee is made one cup at a time, so tell us how you like it once and we will remember.
A short lunch menu
Lunch is three dishes and a dessert, written on the board each morning after the cook comes back from the market. Short menu, long table, no hurry.
The roof at six
At six we open the door to the roof. Spritz, a glass of white from the island, olives, crisps, and the bells from three churches deciding what time it is.
